Terms of Service
Last updated June 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of WorldClock.digital, a free online world clock and time-zone comparison tool. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
WorldClock.digital is provided free of charge as a tool to view and compare times across cities and time zones. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
No guarantee of accuracy
Times, time-zone offsets, and daylight-saving transitions are computed from your browser's built-in time-zone data and are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for accuracy, you should not rely on WorldClock as the sole basis for time-critical decisions; verify important times independently.
Your data is yours
WorldClock has no accounts. Your clocks and settings are stored only in your own browser. You are responsible for that data; because it lives on your device, clearing your browser data will remove it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Acceptable use
Please use WorldClock lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse it to harm others, or access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
No warranty
WorldClock is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of WorldClock will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any missed meeting or scheduling error.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
